Constitution of Hopeland Ministry

Article 1 – Name

The name of the organization shall be "Hopeland Ministry".

Article 2 – Purpose

The purpose of Hopeland Ministry is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, disciple believers, serve the community, and provide spiritual guidance.

Article 3 – Statement of Faith

The Ministry adheres to the Statement of Faith as outlined in the foundational document titled “Statement of Faith – Hopeland Ministry”.

Article 4 – Membership

Membership shall be open to any individual who professes faith in Jesus Christ and agrees with the mission, values, and constitution of the Ministry.

Article 5 – Leadership

The Ministry shall be governed by a board of leaders consisting of the Pastor, Elders, and Deacons, who meet the biblical qualifications.

Article 6 – Meetings

General meetings shall be held at least once annually. The leadership team may call special meetings when necessary.

Article 7 – Finances

Financial resources shall be managed with transparency. Funds will be used solely for advancing the ministry’s mission. Annual audits will be conducted.

Article 8 – Amendments

This Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the registered members present at a duly called meeting.

Article 9 – Dissolution

Upon dissolution of the Ministry, assets shall be donated to another Christian nonprofit organization as determined by the leadership team.
